We will only issue a refund on defective items or if you get the item and it’s not what you want return it and you’ll get a refund, but you won’t get any refund until the item is returned to the vendor and it verified to be the same thing they shipped. If you change your mind I just don’t want what you ordered. Don’t open the package return it immediately and you’ll be refunded as soon as it gets back to the shipper. If you’re one of these people that likes to order something and as soon as it says, it’s shipped you request a charge back. You will not get your money back until we receive the package back at the vendor so that means you have to receive it. It has to be confirmed that you received it and then you have to ship it back or return it unopened. If you do not do this you will not get your money back and this is stated in our terms of use and our policies it’s written in big black-and-white letters and highlighted so please read the terms of use before you make an order because we will not give you your money back until we get the item back at the shipper as I’ve stated many many times I don’t have time for games and I won’t waste my time on people playing games. I run a legitimate business. I want you to be happy with what you get and if you’re not let me know and we’ll work something out, but you will not be given a refund or a charge back until you return the item.

I’d like to explain why we only use PayPal it’s because of the high amount of fraudulent charges and charge max that I experienced using credit cards and debit cards. PayPal is a far more secure payment processor for you and for me I know there’s a certain level of verification, but that’s just to protect you and me against fraudulent purchases if I make the payment process a little bit tougher, the scammers won’t be so tempted to come on my store and mess with my store and it means that your information is safer because you’re dealing with PayPal, we take the payment on our side, but it’s done through PayPal so it makes it a whole lot more secure. I hope you understand and I look forward to doing business with you. We are just trying to show that our business is 100% legitimate and I don’t deal with scammers if you have any inclination of coming to my stores and trying to rip me off good luck with that
